In the 3rd match minute, DIAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovânio Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Real Label FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Jaime Capixaba hit a great ball. If Cipriano Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rômulo Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo José Mendes having to interfere. Real Label FC's Paulo José Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Paranaense in the 14th minute of play. Paulo José Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Paranaense in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Cipriano Paranaense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cipriano Paranaense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paulo José Mendes came out and tried to block the shot, but Cipriano Paranaense slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Hílton Pimenta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Belmiro Amorim in the 53rd minute. The referee ignored DIAN's protests and gave Ronaldo de Castro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to DIAN getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ronaldo de Castro hit a great ball. Dino Viana might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hílton Pimenta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dino Viana ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo José Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo Paraense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo José Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. DIAN's Hílton Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Viana in the 99th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the DIAN players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
