The tension between the Sport Club Allianz and the Carranca SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sport Club Allianz getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Dorival Ferraz hit a great ball. Lauro Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iuri Miranda in the 10th minute of play. Adalberto Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauan Paraíba having to interfere. The supporters of Carranca SS booed when Sport Club Allianz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Paulo Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sport Club Allianz's Kauan Paraíba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Sport Club Allianz from getting a goal against them. Vítor Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vítor Esteves might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lauro Motta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vítor Esteves ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Carranca SS's zone, Vítor Esteves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lauro Motta came out of the goal and Vítor Esteves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the match, Sport Club Allianz's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Arósio came free, but Kauan Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Fred Arósio came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Carranca SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Arósio couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Carranca SS's zone, Vítor Esteves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lauro Motta came out of the goal and Vítor Esteves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Paulo Britto's late challenge caught a Carranca SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Paulo Britto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th match minute, Sport Club Allianz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Britto to maneuver through the defense. Erivaldo Miranda, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 68 minutes of play, Carranca SS's Fred Arósio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kauan Paraíba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kauan Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Arósio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Aparecido's late challenge caught a Sport Club Allianz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Aparecido helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Tomás Aparecido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Arósio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kauan Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Arósio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Fred Arósio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kauan Paraíba was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adalberto Ferreira in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kauan Paraíba saved Sport Club Allianz from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Allianz's José Paulo Britto got a free kick in the 91st minute. Fred Arósio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sport Club Allianz's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
