Antônio Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Caverna dos Dragões's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dé de Barros 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Caverna dos Dragões's zone, Zé Augusto Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorginho Nogueira came out of the goal and Zé Augusto Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th match minute, Caverna dos Dragões was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertinho Silva to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Zé Augusto Guerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reggae Bullz FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Zé Augusto Guerra struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Jorginho Nogueira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reggae Bullz FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dé de Barros in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorginho Nogueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caverna dos Dragões's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dé de Barros 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. 30 minutes into the match, Caverna dos Dragões's Zé Carlos da Cunha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafa Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jorginho Nogueira came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Reggae Bullz FC's Zé Augusto Guerra. But to his dismay, Zé Augusto Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The attack was good, but when Dé de Barros in the 39th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Jorginho Nogueira made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Zé Augusto Guerra sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Dé de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reggae Bullz FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dé de Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorginho Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Reggae Bullz FC's Zé Augusto Guerra got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th match minute, Reggae Bullz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Lira to maneuver through the defense. Jorginho Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé de Barros in the 66th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Dé de Barros put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jorginho Nogueira. Isaltino Cardozo charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaltino Cardozo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 played minutes Reggae Bullz FC got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Cardozo. Nuno Lira hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Rafa Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chicão Montenegro in the 76th minute. Dé de Barros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorginho Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Zé Carlos da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rafa Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafa Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Carlos da Cunha in the 89th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Dé de Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorginho Nogueira was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Jorginho Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Augusto Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Reggae Bullz FC were the better team. Reggae Bullz FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
