A beautiful save bye SE Cururu's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Breno Couto put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dedê Toscano. Dedê Toscano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franklin Monteiro's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Dedê Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião de Medeiros in the 18th minute of play. Dedê Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião de Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When Sebastião de Medeiros came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Rangers fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastião de Medeiros couldn't finish the play. Breno Couto struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Dedê Toscano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rangers fc. SE Cururu's Dedê Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião de Medeiros in the 37th minute of play. Dedê Toscano came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Rangers fc's Sebastião de Medeiros. But to his dismay, Sebastião de Medeiros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Rangers fc booed when SE Cururu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didi Vides didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Breno Couto in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedê Toscano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Breno Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Murilo da Silva was the one to do the kick off. Dedê Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião de Medeiros in the 55th minute of play. Sebastião de Medeiros might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dedê Toscano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastião de Medeiros ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião de Medeiros in the 58th minute of play forced SE Cururu's goalkeeper Dedê Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Couto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Dedê Toscano made a huge save. SE Cururu's Dedê Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião de Medeiros in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Sebastião de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedê Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franklin Monteiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Dedê Toscano made a huge save. SE Cururu's Dedê Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião de Medeiros in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastião de Medeiros in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dedê Toscano saved SE Cururu from getting behind. After a rather tough play, SE Cururu's Didi Vides got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SE Cururu's goalkeeper Dedê Toscano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rangers fc's Breno Couto got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastião de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedê Toscano having to interfere. Franklin Monteiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Dedê Toscano made a huge save. Dedê Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafa Neto in the 80th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastião de Medeiros kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dedê Toscano. That made the score 0-5 in the 81 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastião de Medeiros in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedê Toscano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Breno Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Dedê Toscano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, SE Cururu's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sebastião de Medeiros fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
