Jorginho Branco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th match minute, XxSUPERxX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vito Maia to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Evaristo Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Gustavo Vale in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Fernando Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 played minutes Chute Certo FC got a freekick which was hit by Dinei Arantes. If Luís Gustavo Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, XxSUPERxX's Evaristo Pombal got a free kick in the 29th minute. Evaristo Pombal hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Vicente Tinoco made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Paulo Azevedo during the 53rd minute. When Luís Gustavo Vale came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the XxSUPERxX fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Gustavo Vale couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the match, XxSUPERxX's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Tinoco came free, but Jorginho Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Neiva's late challenge caught a Chute Certo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 85 minutes, Dinei Arantes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chute Certo FC and the XxSUPERxX players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dinei Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Gustavo Vale during the 90th minute.
