Spectators: 7230 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rubinho Barreto started the match with the kick off. Rubinho Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Melo having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Canarana's goal looked a bit too open when Rubinho Barreto came free, but Inácio Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 minutes, Jean Rosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MarceloBão SC and the Canarana players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of MarceloBão SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Canarana:s goal. José Maria Massa went to the wrong direction when Luciano Maranhense was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arron Bado in the 12th minute of play forced MarceloBão SC's goalkeeper José Maria Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inácio Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo Corrêa in the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Canarana booed when MarceloBão SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inácio Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Grisha Mushanov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canarana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grisha Mushanov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MarceloBão SC's José Maria Massa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save MarceloBão SC from getting a goal against them. MarceloBão SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Arron Bado scored to the left of an out of position José Maria Massa, making the score, 1-0. MarceloBão SC's José Maria Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arron Bado in the 39th minute of play. With his leg José Maria Massa managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Canarana's Grisha Mushanov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arron Bado struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. José Maria Massa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canarana. Felipe Luz scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inácio Melo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Arron Bado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Grisha Mushanov made the kick off in the second half. Canarana's Inácio Melo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Canarana from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute, MarceloBão SC's Rubinho Barreto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Inácio Melo. Inácio Melo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubinho Barreto in the 61st minute of play forced Canarana's goalkeeper Inácio Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arron Bado in the 62nd minute of play forced MarceloBão SC's goalkeeper José Maria Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inácio Melo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 64th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Armandinho Coutinho. In the 65thth minute of the game Grisha Mushanov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MarceloBão SC's José Maria Massa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th match minute, MarceloBão SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Luz to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Grisha Mushanov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Massa. MarceloBão SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grisha Mushanov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inácio Figueiredo got free with Inácio Melo in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Maria Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grisha Mushanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arron Bado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Maria Massa came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Canarana's Grisha Mushanov. But to his dismay, Grisha Mushanov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. When Canarana's Arron Bado in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MarceloBão SC's goalie prevented a goal. José Maria Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grisha Mushanov in the 95th minute of play. MarceloBão SC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
