With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adilson Koehler in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Fábio de Toledo saved Itapevi from getting behind. Adilson Koehler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th match minute, Itapevi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dé Veloso to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, Adilson Koehler fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Luís Fábio de Toledo, passed just outside the right post. 32 minutes into the match, Perivaldo Rossi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Fábio de Toledo. Itapevi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Perivaldo Rossi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Adilson Koehler struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Luís Fábio de Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furtados FC. The audience was convinced that Adilson Koehler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Fábio de Toledo was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Perivaldo Rossis short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Luís Fábio de Toledo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vivaldo Lago was the one to do the kick off. Adilson Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Luís Fábio de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Adilson Koehler got free in front of the goal in the 59th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Luís Fábio de Toledo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Luís Fábio de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perivaldo Rossi in the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Perivaldo Rossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97th minute, Perivaldo Rossi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Furtados FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Furtados FC fully deserved thier win.
