Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Adilson Koehler started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Válbson Baiano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arron Bado's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the match, Canarana's goalkeeper Inácio Melo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Perivaldo Rossi. After a defensive mix-up in Canarana's zone, Durvalino Paulista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inácio Melo came out of the goal and Durvalino Paulista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Geovani Meirelles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furtados FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovani Meirelles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Perivaldo Rossi got free with Inácio Melo in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Furtados FC booed when Canarana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caio Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inácio Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto da Fonseca in the 18th minute of the match. Inácio Melo made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Perivaldo Rossi sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the match, Canarana's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Koehler came free, but Inácio Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Perivaldo Rossi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Melo having to interfere. After 34 minutes of play, Canarana's Grisha Mushanov made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Válbson Baiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Furtados FC's Adilson Koehler got a free kick in the 37th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Perivaldo Rossi got free with Inácio Melo in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute, Afonso Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Canarana were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Grisha Mushanov made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Furtados FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Beto da Fonseca hit a great ball. Inácio Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Rossi in the 58th minute of play. Válbson Baiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grisha Mushanov in the 62nd minute. In the 65th minute Arron Bado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válbson Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inácio Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adilson Koehler, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Inácio Melo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adilson Koehler went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Canarana's Cipriano Diniz got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Adilson Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Melo having to interfere. Perivaldo Rossi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Inácio Melo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Canarana booed when Furtados FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Rossi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Furtados FC's Válbson Baiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Furtados FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arron Bado in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Válbson Baiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Furtados FC's Válbson Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arron Bado in the 96th minute of play. Furtados FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Canarana for a fine match.
