Oséias de Senna shot from long distance in the 5th minute, but Bruno Quadros was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. If Almir Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Augusto Alagoano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Celso Ribeiro fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juacaba SS's protests and gave Celso Ribeiro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Juacaba SS getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Celso Ribeiro hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Yugoslavia Legacy's Ademar Alves seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ademar Alves the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Yugoslavia Legacy protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ademar Alves had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Yugoslavia Legacy:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Juacaba SS:s goal. Bruno Quadros had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Oséias de Senna's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Vitório Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Augusto Alagoano having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Alberto Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yugoslavia Legacy's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Paulista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Augusto Alagoano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Falcão Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vitório Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Augusto Alagoano having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beto Guerra during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Juacaba SS's Beto Guerra got a free kick in the 31st minute. Bruno Quadros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Almir Nascimento went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A hard shot by Oséias de Senna from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got Bruno Quadros's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 42nd minute, Léo Moreira had to leave the field with a concussion. Vitório Vidal struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Pedro Augusto Alagoano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yugoslavia Legacy. Falcão Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitório Vidal was the one to do the kick off. When Falcão Gaúcho came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Juacaba SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Falcão Gaúcho couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Yugoslavia Legacy's zone, Falcão Gaúcho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Quadros came out of the goal and Falcão Gaúcho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Yugoslavia Legacy getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ezequiel Bertassi hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Falcão Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Gaúcho in the 61st minute of play. The Juacaba SS fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Juacaba SS's Jerônimo Andrade looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 71 minutes into the match, Almir Nascimento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Quadros. Yugoslavia Legacy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Almir Nascimento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Bruno Quadros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juacaba SS's Falcão Gaúcho got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84thth minute of the game Jerônimo Andrade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yugoslavia Legacy's Bruno Quadros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruno Quadros came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Juacaba SS's Falcão Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Falcão Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Falcão Gaúcho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Falcão Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bruno Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juacaba SS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
