Jerônimo Andrade might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomás Pernambucano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerônimo Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. 10 minutes into the match, Jerônimo Andrade notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DinossauroCaolho's Thomás Pernambucano. Thomás Pernambucano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oséias de Senna, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. DinossauroCaolho's Thomás Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Nascimento in the 29th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Almir Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Thomás Pernambucano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thomás Pernambucano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorival Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Leal charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Leal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandre Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Thomás Pernambucano managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Juacaba SS's Almir Nascimento fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 55th minute, Juacaba SS's Jerônimo Andrade ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thomás Pernambucano. Thomás Pernambucano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5.
