Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amílton Aparecido kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Washington Loureiro suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Flávio Vergílio's late challenge caught a Constituinte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flávio Vergílio helped the player get up and apologised. Flávio Vergílio hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Nilton Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amílton Aparecido in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Enrique Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Conrado Berger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aguacu's Nilton Pereira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Conrado Berger came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Constituinte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Berger couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Enrique Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrique Guedes in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nilton Pereira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute, Conrado Berger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Guedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilton Pereira having to interfere. If Enrique Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Enrique Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flávio Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Constituinte's Enrique Guedes got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Enrique Guedes struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Nilton Pereira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Constituinte. After some careless play in the Aguacu defense, Enrique Guedes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nilton Pereira. The Aguacu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nilton Pereira should have stopped the shot. Enrique Guedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilton Pereira having to interfere. A collision led to Aguacu getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Celsinho Siqueira hit a great ball. Nilton Pereira came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Constituinte's Enrique Guedes. But to his dismay, Enrique Guedes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Aguacu's Celsinho Siqueira got a free kick in the 74th minute. Celsinho Siqueira hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Aguacu's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Berger came free, but Nilton Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filipe Gerber charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filipe Gerber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, Aguacu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Gerber to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Constituinte getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Guilherme Falcão hit a great ball. Amílton Aparecido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Nilton Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Enrique Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Constituinte's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nilton Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Enrique Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th match minute, Aguacu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flávio Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. Gerson do Nascimento was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, one of Aguacu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aguacu. Rogério Arantes shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When the final whistle sounded Constituinte left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aguacu.
