The Europe F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Pedro Dias should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Europe F.C.'s Edmílson da Silva got a free kick in the 19th minute. Samuca Koehler was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. Diego Nunes might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Pedro Dias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
