The goalkeeper, Kaká Capixaba, was totally fooled by Canan FC's Fiori de Senna, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 25th minute, Douglas Bueno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Vila Barros City getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. William Ceresso hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Cauan Pernambucano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Hermínio Montenegro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
