TUBARÃO FC's Nico Cardozo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save TUBARÃO FC from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Geovânio Freitas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nico Cardozo. The goal made the score 1-0. Bernardo Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, 10 de Setembro's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Miranda came free, but Eugênio Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Artur de Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TUBARÃO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 10 de Setembro the free kick. The supporters of 10 de Setembro booed when TUBARÃO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Jorge Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 10 de Setembro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovânio Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ronaldo Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. TUBARÃO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldo Miranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugênio Falcão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, 10 de Setembro's Nicolas Vergílio got a free kick in the 31st minute. Eugênio Falcão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Dracena went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of TUBARÃO FC booed when 10 de Setembro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joélson Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovânio Freitas in the 52nd minute of play forced TUBARÃO FC's goalkeeper Nico Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Nico Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geovânio Freitas in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nico Cardozo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernardo Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Simões blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nico Cardozo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Simões in the 69th minute of play forced TUBARÃO FC's goalkeeper Nico Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as TUBARÃO FC's Bernardo Dracena slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eugênio Falcão. That made the score 2-2 after 80 minutes of play. With a little luck, 10 de Setembro's Eugênio Falcão got control of the ball when Ronaldo Miranda tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in 10 de Setembro's zone, Bernardo Dracena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugênio Falcão came out of the goal and Bernardo Dracena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardo Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 90 minutes, Ronaldo Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TUBARÃO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldo Miranda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute, Geovânio Freitas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nico Cardozo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2.
