To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Le8black's Renatinho Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Fantini in the 26th minute of play. Eusébio Ortiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júlio Guimarães's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Le8black's zone, Lucas Lago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renatinho Arósio came out of the goal and Lucas Lago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Le8black's Renatinho Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Fantini in the 42nd minute of play. Júlio Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Eusébio Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augusto do Valle to strike the kick off in the second half. Olívio Magalhães charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olívio Magalhães the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marquinhos Ferreira tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Eusébio Ortiz. The supporters of Le8black booed when Lara Drummond FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Leão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eusébio Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto do Valle in the 67th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lara Drummond FC's zone, Júlio Guimarães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Ortiz came out of the goal and Júlio Guimarães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Júlio Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Ortiz having to interfere. In the 76th minute Marcos Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Augusto do Valle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusébio Ortiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Manuel Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Le8black's supporters rose to their feet, but Júlio Guimarães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Ortiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Le8black's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
