The supporters of JcUchih booed when Tejuco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Gustavo Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Roger Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot. JcUchih's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Vieira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dieguinho Faria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Tejuco's zone, Kauan Cruz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dieguinho Faria came out of the goal and Kauan Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evandro Soeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evandro Soeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The JcUchih fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when JcUchih's Gilberto Bueno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Lucas Rezende came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the JcUchih fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Rezende couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Kauan Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot.
