In the 25th minute Adalberto Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Ribeiro in the 28th minute of play forced Iabete FC's goalkeeper João Augusto Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Adalberto Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adalberto Ribeiro in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. João Augusto Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Ribeiro in the 41st minute of play. If César de Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Augusto Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 44th minute, Adhemar Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46thth minute of the game César de Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iabete FC's João Augusto Perez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. César de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for César de Brito to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves César de Brito could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which João Augusto Perez however easily saved by the left post. Adalberto Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Augusto Perez having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, César de Brito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Augusto Perez. Iabete FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that César de Brito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. João Augusto Perez made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when César de Brito sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 64 minutes, Adalberto Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rio Amazonas Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adalberto Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rio Amazonas Club's César de Brito in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Samuel Alagoano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Iabete FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Samuel Alagoano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Iabete FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Rio Amazonas Club a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by José Carlos Castro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Iabete FC's João Augusto Perez. 0-2. In the 75th minute of the match, César de Brito got a very nice opportunity to score, but João Augusto Perez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Adhemar Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Adhemar Paranaense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Iabete FC's João Augusto Perez got control of the ball when César de Brito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adalberto Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. César de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 98 minutes into the match, Iabete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Ribeiro came free, but João Augusto Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rio Amazonas Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
