In the 20thth minute of the game Cristóvão Rosado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but jiraya MZC's Tião Damião was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd match minute, jiraya MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Macedo to maneuver through the defense. Tião Damião didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cauã de Godoi went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Hortêncio Aparecido got a throw-in 32 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Giovanni Queiroz. When the final whistle sounded CA Santo André left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than jiraya MZC.
