The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gramal FC's Mateus Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Proença in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Rodriguinho Paranaense could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Mateus Mello however easily saved by the left post. Rodriguinho Paranaense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Mateus Mello made a huge save. Frédson Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Mello having to interfere. When Gramal FC's Doriva Cosme in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Doriva Cosme sped through SKINAS M.V.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andrézinho Dracena. Ian Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Gramal FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Luizão Rodrigues hit a great ball. The excitement rose when Gramal FC's Ramiro Leme after 42 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for SKINAS M.V.'s goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raphael Proença to strike the kick off in the second half. Ramiro Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Andrézinho Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gramal FC's Luís Eduardo Peixoto got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 61st minute, Doriva Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrézinho Dracena having to interfere. Juarês Braga made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Doriva Cosme immediately put the ball in play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrézinho Dracena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Doriva Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murilo Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrézinho Dracena having to interfere. Fausto Tinoco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Andrézinho Dracena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ramiro Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrézinho Dracena having to interfere. Ian Linares struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Mateus Mello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SKINAS M.V.. Andrézinho Dracena made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Doriva Cosme sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Gramal FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SKINAS M.V. throughout the match.
