When Norberto Gaúcho, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 19 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Rubens Lago was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A collision led to Animal FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Marcel de Sousa hit a great ball. With his leg Luisinho Machado managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Animal FC's Sílvio Luís Leite fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luisinho Machado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Luís Leite in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Tabao's Norberto Gaúcho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rubens Lago narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
