Jonas Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléber Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Cléber Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jonas Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Henrique Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ian de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gutierri FC's Ian de Andrade was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 34 played minutes Brenonalive FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernandão Eger. 35 minutes into the game, Henrique Leme recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dráuzio de Mendonça. Henrique Leme showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Edu Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dráuzio de Mendonça having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Brenonalive FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Melo. Fernandão Eger charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernandão Eger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fernandão Eger kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Gutierri FC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Jacinto. After a defensive mix-up in Gutierri FC's zone, Bebeto Soares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Arantes came out of the goal and Bebeto Soares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the game, one of Gutierri FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 49th minute there was a penalty for Brenonalive FC. Elano Novaes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonas Arantes. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Henrique Leme took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dráuzio de Mendonça. Dráuzio de Mendonça dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Dráuzio de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Leme in the 60th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, Brenonalive FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Netto to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Henrique Leme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henrique Leme succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. Bebeto Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Arantes having to interfere. In the 69th minute Bebeto Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Brenonalive FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Leme came free, but Dráuzio de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Brenonalive FC got a freekick which was hit by Cido Velasco. Valdemar Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. If Ian de Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gutierri FC's Ian de Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Henrique Leme came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Gutierri FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrique Leme couldn't finish the play. Brenonalive FC's Dráuzio de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian de Andrade in the 83rd minute of play. Dráuzio de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian de Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvério Tasso's late challenge caught a Brenonalive FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvério Tasso helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Brenonalive FC booed when Gutierri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvério Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cléber Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Arantes having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Ian de Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Dráuzio de Mendonça was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dráuzio de Mendonça came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Gutierri FC's Ian de Andrade. But to his dismay, Ian de Andrade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gutierri FC had won after a very even match.
