If Evandro Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrique Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermínio de Almeida made a kick off. In the 91st minute of the match, Henrique Leme tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manfredo Martins saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Manfredo Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Gutierri FC's zone, Hermínio de Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Arantes came out of the goal and Hermínio de Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chants of Gutierri FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Pardal da Alta Mogiana had held the ball for most of the match.
