Silvinho Pimenta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19thth minute of the game Cacá Andrade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real C.A.Pirassununguense's Orlando Matos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute, Cacá Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A. Metropolitano U18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romeu Couto in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando Matos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd minute Cacá Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cacá Andrade stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Real C.A.Pirassununguense getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Joel Campidelis hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes Real C.A.Pirassununguense got a freekick which was hit by Joel Campidelis. Orlando Matos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeu Couto in the 84th minute. Silvinho Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto de Amorim in the 86th minute of play. César Passos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ciro Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. C.A. Metropolitano U18 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
