Fred Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dé Tinoco in the 9th minute of play. Renatinho Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Fred Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrézinho Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Perivaldo Dracena put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Penha. With a little luck, Orcs of City FC's Luís Penha got control of the ball when Hernani Custódio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renatinho Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Perivaldo Dracena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luís Penha. Perivaldo Dracena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. In the 45th minute, Perivaldo Dracena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Perivaldo Dracena was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dé Tinoco got free with Fred Leme in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perivaldo Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Luís Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Orcs of City FC defense, Perivaldo Dracena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Penha. The Orcs of City FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Penha should have stopped the shot. Cristóvão Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95thth minute of the game Andrézinho Neves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jericoaquara FC's Fred Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fred Leme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristóvão Garcia in the 96th minute. Jericoaquara FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
