Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Davi Alves got the match started through his kick off. Tacuarichim SC's Lino Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Floripa United's Conrado Cardozo got control of the ball when José Maria de Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Lino Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacuarichim SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Cardozo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lino Costa came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Tacuarichim SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Costa couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Tacuarichim SC booed when Floripa United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fiori de Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Conrado Cardozo made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when José Maria de Almeida sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Maria de Almeida got free with Conrado Cardozo in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fernandão Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Tacuarichim SC's Lino Costa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Conrado Cardozo. Conrado Cardozo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. José Maria de Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Conrado Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Floripa United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lino Costa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lino Costa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 45th minute. Tacuarichim SC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. José Maria de Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Costa was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Tacuarichim SC's José Maria de Almeida nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conrado Cardozo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Floripa United's Conrado Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Costa in the 60th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Floripa United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genílson Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. Lino Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Cardozo having to interfere. When José Maria de Almeida came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Tacuarichim SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Maria de Almeida couldn't finish the play. Lino Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. William Moreno hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Davi Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilvan Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Maria de Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If José Maria de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute, José Maria de Almeida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Tacuarichim SC booed when Floripa United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genílson Nóbrega didn't get a good kick on the ball.
