M1to fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SEG - DF the free kick. The supporters of SEG - DF booed when M1to fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléberson Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, SEG - DF's Alfredo Tróia got control of the ball when Kléberson Palmeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agnaldo Fontes to make the kick off. In the 65th minute, Roger Silva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iuri Vieira. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SEG - DF's goalkeeper Alfredo Tróia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as SEG - DF's Jonas Baptista slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iuri Vieira. That made the score 0-6 after 77 minutes of play. In the 81st minute, Claudinho Dionísio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iuri Vieira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. When the match was over SEG - DF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than M1to fc throughout the match.
