Spectators: 7040 (Terracing: 5540, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roger Silva took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, SEG - DF's goal looked a bit too open when Raphael Baiano came free, but Alfredo Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Baptista might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudinho Trigo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Baptista ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute, Roger Silva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Claudinho Trigo. The goal made the score 1-0. Acácio França kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 13 minutes of play, Maktub's Raphael Baiano made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredo Tróia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Maktub's Frédson Lopez got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Claudinho Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roger Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maktub's goalkeeper Claudinho Trigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raphael Baiano struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Alfredo Tróia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maktub. Acácio França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Maktub's zone, Roger Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinho Trigo came out of the goal and Roger Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After having played for 51 minutes, Raphael Baiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maktub's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raphael Baiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Baptista in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinho Trigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Acácio França struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Alfredo Tróia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maktub. Raphael Baiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Tróia having to interfere. After some careless play in the SEG - DF defense, Raphael Baiano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredo Tróia. The SEG - DF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Tróia should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Tróia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Acácio França's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Claudinho Trigo came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by SEG - DF's Erivaldo Silveira. But to his dismay, Erivaldo Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Claudinho Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Jonas Baptista took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinho Trigo. Claudinho Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. After 87 played minutes Maktub got a freekick which was hit by Frédson Lopez. Jonas Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Maktub's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Baptista came free, but Claudinho Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Dadá Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 97 played minutes, SEG - DF's Tiago Nunes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claudinho Trigo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SEG - DF reached it. SEG - DF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
