Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Cachocha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dênis Xavier came free, but Pedro Luís Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flávio dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enio Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cido Barreto in the 13th minute of play. Enio Motta hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Enio Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Simão in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Hílton de Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tony Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Cipriano Ceresso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enio Montenegro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Cido Barreto struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Enio Montenegro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachocha FC. After 46 played minutes, Cachocha FC's Hílton de Sousa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enio Montenegro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cachocha FC reached it. Pedro Luís Pontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dênis Xavier went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cipriano Ceresso made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Dênis Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luís Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cachocha FC's zone, Flávio dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Luís Pontes came out of the goal and Flávio dos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Cachocha FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Hílton de Sousa hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Cipriano Ceresso took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Enio Montenegro to make any attempt to save it. Enio Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vito Nascimento scored 3-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Luís Pontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 73 played minutes Cachocha FC got a freekick which was hit by Hílton de Sousa. Pedro Luís Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Santelmo FC's Enio Motta seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Enio Motta the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Santelmo FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Enio Motta had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Enio Motta hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th match minute, Santelmo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Moreno to maneuver through the defense. Santelmo FC's Nilson Arantes got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flávio dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santelmo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cachocha FC for a fine match.
