A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Ian Pinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tales Porto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tales Porto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ian Pinho went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Olavo Negri put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Cristian Barros. After a rather tough play, Guama's Marcelinho Tróia got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Nico Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zézinho Barreto in the 30th minute of play forced Itapeua's goalkeeper Cristian Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Ian Pinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guama's Tales Porto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Paulo Vaz scored 1-5 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tales Porto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Itapeua were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zézinho Barreto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Itapeua's Ian Pinho got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Guama getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Silvério Toledo hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ian Pinho got free with Tales Porto in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ian Pinhos short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Tales Porto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ian Pinho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Tales Porto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 68 minutes into the match, Guama's goalkeeper Tales Porto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ian Pinho. Ian Pinho struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Tales Porto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapeua. In the 73rd minute, Túlio Sena fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ian Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Porto having to interfere. Itapeua's Sandrinho Abraão got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Pedro Paulo Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itapeua's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Paulo Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tales Porto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Guama's Tales Porto got control of the ball when Ian Pinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Itapeua left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guama.
