Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Medeiros to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kauã Ceresso during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot by Dedê Andrade from long distance, 67 minutes into the match, got Mazinho Mattos's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 70 minutes into the match, PLAYSON FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Carneiro came free, but Rodriguinho Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
