Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilberto Gonçalves during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gilberto Gonçalves hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Sarzedo's Celsinho Paraibano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Paraibano in the 11th minute of play forced Platelmintes FC's goalkeeper Jonas Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Gil Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Sarzedo's Celsinho Paraibano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonas Moura. That made the score 2-0 after 18 minutes of play. In the 25th minute, Gil Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Celsinho Paraibano came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Sarzedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celsinho Paraibano couldn't finish the play. Bruno Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Moura having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Platelmintes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celsinho Paraibano came free, but Jonas Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Paraibano in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Bruno Zanette managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarzedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Zanette was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Moura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celsinho Paraibano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Almir Pontes hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Umberto Batista was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Bruno Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Sarzedo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
