The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antônio Fernandes during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antônio Fernandes hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. If Paulão Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Túlio Paraíba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Biloca FC's Túlio Paraíba got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Túlio Paraíba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nelson Martinss short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Robinho Azevedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Túlio Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulão Moreira in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Breno Tavares saved Piem from getting behind. Paulão Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Túlio Paraíba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Breno Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Paulão Moreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Breno Tavares was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Breno Tavares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Túlio Paraíba went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. If Paulão Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fausto Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Piem's Fausto Lima got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Piem's Breno Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Túlio Paraíba in the 83rd minute of play. Túlio Paraíba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breno Tavares having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Nelson Martins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Robinho Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Biloca FC had won after a very even match.
