Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gino Salles got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Adhemar Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. CN Marcilio Dias's supporters rose to their feet, but Adhemar Nunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 15th minute Gino Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tales Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gino Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gino Salles came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Quadrada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gino Salles couldn't finish the play. After 25 played minutes, Quadrada's Raimundo Lira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tales Nascimento came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quadrada reached it. CN Marcilio Dias's Tales Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save CN Marcilio Dias from getting a goal against them. Tales Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Salles in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Guilherme Vieira got free with Tales Nascimento in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Gino Salles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tales Nascimento was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Luiz Guilherme Vieira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tales Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, CN Marcilio Dias's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Salles came free, but Tales Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
