After having played for 3 minutes, Michel Vardy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calleri FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michel Vardy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Calleri FC's goalkeeper Raymundo Melendes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogério Dantas. Raymundo Melendes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afonsinho Quadros's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Calleri FC's Raymundo Melendes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Calleri FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Hellcife FC booed when Calleri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Furlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Vardy in the 15th minute of play forced Hellcife FC's goalkeeper Oséias Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bob Marley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséias Barbosa having to interfere. Michel Vardy scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oséias Barbosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Fernandez hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Marcelinho Santana lost his temper 25 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 27 minutes, Hellcife FC's Roger Gonçalves got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Raymundo Melendes. 30 minutes into the match, Calleri FC's goal looked a bit too open when Afonsinho Quadros came free, but Raymundo Melendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raymundo Melendes had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Roger Gonçalves's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Rogério Dantas could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Raymundo Melendes however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rogério Dantas got free with Raymundo Melendes in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rogério Dantas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Raymundo Melendes made a huge save.

After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Bob Marley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calleri FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bob Marley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oséias Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 60 minutes, Bob Marley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. If Afonsinho Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Calleri FC's Igor Furlan got a free kick in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogério Dantas in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raymundo Melendes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bob Marley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 played minutes Hellcife FC got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Marquez. After a rather tough play, Hellcife FC's Ezequiel Montenegro got a free kick in the 85th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Calleri FC's goal looked a bit too open when Afonsinho Quadros came free, but Raymundo Melendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Hellcife FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
