Spectators: 6893 (Terracing: 5383, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Geraldo Salgado started the match with the kick off. FC Pankakes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Rogério Dantas scored to the left of an out of position Arquímedes Arquett, making the score, 1-0. Rogério Dantas charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogério Dantas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Rogério Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 played minutes FC Pankakes got a freekick which was hit by Benê Vinhas. Afonsinho Quadros scored 2-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arquímedes Arquett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Afonsinho Quadros charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonsinho Quadros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Hellcife FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Afonsinho Quadros hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Geraldo Salgado managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Pankakes's supporters rose to their feet, but Geraldo Salgado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oséias Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Afonsinho Quadros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Geovânio Amorim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Pankakes and the Hellcife FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Pankakes getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Geovânio Amorim hit a great ball. Arquímedes Arquett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonsinho Quadros in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Afonsinho Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arquímedes Arquett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, FC Pankakes's goal looked a bit too open when Afonsinho Quadros came free, but Arquímedes Arquett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, FC Pankakes's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Dantas came free, but Arquímedes Arquett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benê Vinhas kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 77th minute, FC Pankakes's Paulinho Freitas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Paulinho Freitas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Pankakes protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Paulinho Freitas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of FC Pankakes:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hellcife FC:s goal. The referee gave Hellcife FC a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roger Gonçalves, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Pankakes's Arquímedes Arquett. 3-1. Geovânio Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Oséias Barbosa made a huge save. If Rogério Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egídio de Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 94th minute, Rogério Dantas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hellcife FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. FC Pankakes's Arquímedes Arquett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonsinho Quadros in the 99th minute of play. Hellcife FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
