In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Isafla's goalkeeper Mitchell de Cler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Claudinho da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Alves in the 9th minute of play forced Pulse F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcel Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th match minute, Isafla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Vidal to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Isafla's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Rodrigues came free, but Mitchell de Cler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isafla's Sidney Paulista got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pulse F.C.'s Marcel Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Alves in the 22nd minute of play. Mitchell de Cler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Murillo Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcel Coelho made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Luiz Gustavo Carneiro sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes in the game, Diego Alves fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marcel Coelho having to interfere. If Diego Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Isafla's Mitchell de Cler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Lara in the 38th minute of play. Murillo Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marcel Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Murillo Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Isafla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murillo Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Alves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isafla's Diego Alves got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Isafla's Reginaldo Correia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcel Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pulse F.C.'s César Andrade got a free kick in the 70th minute. Isafla's Reginaldo Correia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pulse F.C.. A collision led to Isafla getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Luiz Gustavo Carneiro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Rodrigues in the 79th minute of play forced Isafla's goalkeeper Mitchell de Cler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Murillo Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Isafla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murillo Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Murillo Simões's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcel Coelho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Sidney Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Marcel Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sidney Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the game, Sidney Paulista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marcel Coelho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isafla's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
