A collision led to Cussauro Mz getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Umberto Quintal hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Osmar Secco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tradição Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Osmar Secco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willian Pombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute, Umberto Quintal made a precise shot to the right of Dé Sanches. Tradição Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Umberto Quintal in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dé Sanches saved Tradição Futebol Clube from getting behind. If Percy Mumbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. Dé Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Roberto Carioca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute of the match Cussauro Mz got a corner. Tradição Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oséias Mendes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Cussauro Mz's Oséias Mendes to fire away a dangerous shot which Dé Sanches despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Osmar Secco struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Willian Pombal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tradição Futebol Clube. After having played for 86 minutes, Osmar Secco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tradição Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osmar Secco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Umberto Quintal might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dé Sanches. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Umberto Quintal ran back to his position shaking his head. Willian Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elder Fantini in the 91st minute of play. Cussauro Mz's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
