Treta FC's Tião Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Teixeira in the 23rd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Jacinto Loureiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Treta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kolossus PG the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Treta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo Ferraz to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Treta FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 99th minute. Penalty! Diego Sena shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Kolossus PG's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
