If Ian Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, one of Clube Atlético dos Craque:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jorginho de Souza went to the wrong direction when Eurico Sá was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ian Pena made a kick off. Zé Augusto Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Tião Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Pena in the 80th minute of play forced Treta FC's goalkeeper Tião Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Augusto Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 87 minutes, Jacinto Loureiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Treta FC and the Clube Atlético dos Craque players grew even worse after the yellow card.
