Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cauan Varela took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Paranagi defense, Haroldo Carneiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lino Rocha. The Paranagi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lino Rocha should have stopped the shot. After 17 played minutes Paranagi got a freekick which was hit by Dida Quirino. Arí Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Lino Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Paranagi booed when QμiiƑ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egídio Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lino Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Varela in the 29th minute of play. Betão Senna came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Paranagi's Caco Velloso. But to his dismay, Caco Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 34thth minute of the game Caco Velloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but QμiiƑ's Betão Senna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Reginaldo de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Pedro Luiz Dracena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. QμiiƑ's Germano do Vale couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 38th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Paranagi. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egídio Rezende during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to QμiiƑ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Egídio Rezende hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reginaldo de Toledo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
