Spectators: 7227 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) Cipriano Proença started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílton Gomes in the 3rd minute of play forced Tijuco FC's goalkeeper Luan Luz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute Paranagi were awarded a corner. Gonçalo Vargas went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Paranagi's corner Gonçalo Vargas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luan Luz quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reginaldo de Toledo in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luan Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. César Sanches fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Rocha having to interfere. César Sanches struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Lino Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tijuco FC. If Cipriano Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Paranagi's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Proença came free, but Lino Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Sanches's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Rocha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 played minutes Paranagi got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Gonçalves. 24 minutes into the match, Paranagi's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Proença came free, but Lino Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Luiz Dracena during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Paranagi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luiz Dracena to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes, Tijuco FC's Matías Barral shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lino Rocha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tijuco FC reached it. In the 37th minute, César Sanches got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cipriano Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Rocha having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Tijuco FC's João Queirós nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lino Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tijuco FC's Célio Aparecido shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lino Rocha but with some difficulty. Lino Rocha made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Queirós in the 61st minute. César Sanches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. César Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Lino Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Tijuco FC's Durvalino Nóbrega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lino Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Tijuco FC's César Sanches got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reginaldo de Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paranagi's goalkeeper Lino Rocha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lino Rocha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Queirós showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 82 minute of play. César Sanches sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Queiróss short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Lino Rocha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Paranagi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tijuco FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
