Tubarão Esporte Clube's Víktor Guedes got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 3 minutes of play, Tubarão Esporte Clube's Alex de Amaral made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Branco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Júlio Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Víktor Guedes in the 10th minute of play. Víktor Guedes took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Júlio Branco. Júlio Branco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. André da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Reynaldo Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 played minutes Tubarão Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Secco. The audience thought a goal was coming when André da Rocha got free with Reynaldo Massa in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alex de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 minutes of play, Tubarão Esporte Clube's Víktor Guedes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Branco was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Zézinho Aparecido fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solar Paulistano's protests and gave Zézinho Aparecido a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tubarão Esporte Clube booed when Solar Paulistano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zézinho Aparecido didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alex de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31stth minute of the game Víktor Guedes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Solar Paulistano's Júlio Branco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Víktor Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Júlio Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Víktor Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alex de Amaral scored 0-4 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Júlio Branco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Júlio Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbson Quadros in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Solar Paulistano's zone, Víktor Guedes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio Branco came out of the goal and Víktor Guedes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Víktor Guedes to strike the kick off in the second half. André da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Reynaldo Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Júlio Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Solar Paulistano's supporters rose to their feet, but André da Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Massa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Solar Paulistano booed when Tubarão Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Délio Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. André da Rocha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Massa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Alex de Amaral fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Solar Paulistano's Zézinho Aparecido got his second yellow card of the match in the 82nd minute. The referee ordered Zézinho Aparecido off the ground. Zézinho Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Víktor Guedes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tubarão Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. With a little luck, Solar Paulistano's Júlio Branco got control of the ball when Alex de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tubarão Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex de Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alex de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the match, Solar Paulistano's goal looked a bit too open when Víktor Guedes came free, but Júlio Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tubarão Esporte Clube played a much better game than Solar Paulistano and deserved their victory. The Solar Paulistano players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
