When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jailson Prestes made a kick off. If Durvalino Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Canal booed when Jaguary EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abe Stad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ezequiel Novaes in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Canal players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
