Nicolas Madureira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 12 minutes of play, Kalore's Carlos Eduardo Montenegro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Madureira was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Ronaldinho Miranda took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Nicolas Madureira to make any attempt to save it. Carlos Eduardo Montenegro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nicolas Madureira came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Eduardo Montenegro slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 23rd minute. Nicolas Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Miranda in the 25th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Miranda in the 29th minute of play. Ronaldinho Miranda hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Osvaldinho Gomes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cauã Breckenfeld fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goioxim EC's protests and gave Cauã Breckenfeld a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Cauã Breckenfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 42 minutes, Leonardo Vides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kalore and the Goioxim EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kalore getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Leonardo Vides hit a great ball. But to his dismay, Carlos Eduardo Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Nicolas Madureira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Eduardo Montenegro in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Ronaldinho Miranda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicolas Madureira was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 90th minute, Régis Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Ronaldinho Miranda notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Goioxim EC's Nicolas Madureira. Nicolas Madureira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kalore fans cheered their team off the field, for while Goioxim EC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
