Aílton Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes, William Soeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Angola FC and the Kalore players grew even worse after the yellow card. William Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Carlos Eduardo Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Carlos Eduardo Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalore's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Eduardo Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aílton Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 27 minutes into the match, Angola FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laerte Reis came free, but Aílton Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Angola FC's goalkeeper Aílton Catarinense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Laerte Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aílton Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Eduardo Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th match minute, Kalore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Miranda to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Betão Sá made a kick off. With a little luck, Angola FC's Aílton Catarinense got control of the ball when Laerte Reis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Kalore's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Sá came free, but Luiz Fábio Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kalore's zone, Betão Sá stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fábio Cabral came out of the goal and Betão Sá tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laerte Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aílton Catarinense having to interfere. Betão Sá scored 1-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fábio Cabral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kalore's attack was well implemented in the 81st minute, but when Carlos Eduardo Montenegro was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Laerte Reis managed to get in a good position for a shot.
