Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Raphael Fonseca made the kick off which started today's match. Rufa FC's Pedro Paulo Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Rufa FC from getting a goal against them. After 12 minutes of play, Uarati's Raphael Fonseca made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Paulo Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgard Netto charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Netto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Uarati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Netto to maneuver through the defense. When Rufa FC's Marcel de Medeiros in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uarati's goalie prevented a goal. After 18 minutes Uarati's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alan França who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Fonseca in the 19th minute of play forced Rufa FC's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltazar Moraes charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baltazar Moraes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 25 minutes into the game, one of Rufa FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Uarati a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dadá Guerra, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rufa FC's Pedro Paulo Machado. 2-1. When Rufa FC's Marcel de Medeiros in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uarati's goalie prevented a goal. Raphael Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Pedro Paulo Machado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uarati. When Antônio do Valle came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Uarati fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antônio do Valle couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Marcel de Medeiros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilton Velloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

A nice corner shot did that Alan França got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilton Velloso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcel de Medeiros in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilton Velloso saved Uarati from getting behind. Marcel de Medeiros was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Rufa FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 60 minutes, Edmílson Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rufa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmílson Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tales Moreira got free with Wilton Velloso in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raphael Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Paulo Machado having to interfere. When Baltazar Moraes was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. Baltazar Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Wilton Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tales Moreira in the 82nd minute of play. Raphael Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Pedro Paulo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Uarati's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Costa came free, but Wilton Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antônio do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Pedro Paulo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
