Kléber Coelho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Narciso Marques skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. AFC Ajax's Murilo Cardozo got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the game, Doni Urbano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PingaBall F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC Ajax the free kick. In the 11th match minute, PingaBall F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Urbano to maneuver through the defense. PingaBall F.C's Rafael Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erivaldo Motta in the 15th minute of play. If Erivaldo Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Murilo Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Júlio Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Narciso Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Júlio Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute of the match Fabrício Duarte shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Cardoso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kléber Coelho struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Narciso Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PingaBall F.C. Júlio Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Narciso Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erivaldo Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erivaldo Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Cardoso having to interfere. Narciso Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kléber Coelho in the 44th minute. Júlio Tasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Marques having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Tasso in the 47th minute of play forced AFC Ajax's goalkeeper Narciso Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Júlio Tasso was the one to do the kick off. Erivaldo Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Cardoso having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Adilson Dias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC Ajax fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 62nd minute Júlio Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PingaBall F.C's Rafael Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save PingaBall F.C from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Tasso in the 73rd minute of play forced AFC Ajax's goalkeeper Narciso Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Júlio Tasso in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Marques saved AFC Ajax from getting behind. PingaBall F.C's Rafael Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erivaldo Motta in the 80th minute of play. Erivaldo Motta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Cardoso made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Murilo Cardozo sent off a good shot on target. After 90 played minutes AFC Ajax got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Duarte. Erivaldo Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The PingaBall F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AFC Ajax's performance. The match ended with a win for AFC Ajax.
