Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) Carapicuíba FC's Carlos Fernando Maia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luiz Fabiano Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Délio Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Marinho in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Carapicuíba FC's José Pedro Toledo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Délio Reis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute José Pedro Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Délio Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Fabiano Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Fernando Maia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Délio Reis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. If Carlos Fernando Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Fernando Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Délio Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafa Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Luiz Fabiano Mandrak dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armandinho Lago, 1-0. Carlos Fernando Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, César Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Délio Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Fernando Maia in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Luiz Fabiano Mandrak made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Inveia's goalkeeper Délio Reis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Maria Marinho. In the 58th match minute, Carapicuíba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Duarte to maneuver through the defense. Inveia's Luiz Fabiano Mandrak got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Pedro Toledo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Délio Reis firmly grabbed it by the left post. If José Pedro Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72nd play minutes José Pedro Toledo shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Délio Reis and just under the crossbar into goal. Inveia's Délio Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Fernando Maia in the 77th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Carapicuíba FC's José Pedro Toledo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Délio Reis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Betão Fernandez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Armandinho Lago. Carapicuíba FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as José Pedro Toledo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Délio Reis. That made the score 1-2 in the 89 minute of play. The Carapicuíba FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
