Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luiz Fabiano Mandrak made the kick off which started today's match. Délio Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geraldo Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Délio Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geraldo Abraão in the 5th minute of the match. Délio Reis came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Itapirapuan AD's Geraldo Abraão. But to his dismay, Geraldo Abraão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Roger Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Willian Zanette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Luís Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Willian Zanette cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Luís Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Inveia booed when Itapirapuan AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernani Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. Betão Fernandez didn't quite understand what happened when in the 29 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. César Pombal hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Inveia defense, Geraldo Abraão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Délio Reis. The Inveia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Délio Reis should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Geraldo Abraão made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Itapirapuan AD's zone, Willian Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Azevedo came out of the goal and Willian Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fabiano Mandrak in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Azevedo saved Itapirapuan AD from getting behind. Willian Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Azevedo having to interfere. A collision led to Inveia getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. César Pombal hit a great ball. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Inveia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonardo Bezerra was slow to take the kick. During this time Itapirapuan AD's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in Inveia's zone, Geraldo Abraão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Délio Reis came out of the goal and Geraldo Abraão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luís Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Mandrak in the 71st minute of play. Luiz Fabiano Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 played minutes Itapirapuan AD got a freekick which was hit by Rodriguinho Montenegro. Luís Azevedo came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Inveia's Willian Zanette. But to his dismay, Willian Zanette quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Willian Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Azevedo having to interfere. If Willian Zanette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 94 minutes, Geraldo Abraão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itapirapuan AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geraldo Abraão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tião Urbano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Délio Reis made a huge save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
