João Vítor de Toledo was a little too slow when Reynaldo Rosado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Vítor Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Pernambucano having to interfere. VILA FLORA FC's Cláudio Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséias Valle in the 17th minute of play. After 18 played minutes ASSOCIAÇAO ATLETICA TIJUK got a freekick which was hit by Lenílson Silveira. When Vitório Salgado fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASSOCIAÇAO ATLETICA TIJUK's protests and gave Vitório Salgado a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes ASSOCIAÇAO ATLETICA TIJUK got a freekick which was hit by Vitório Salgado. Thanks to some nice moves Zé Paulo Rosa could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which João Vítor de Toledo however easily saved by the left post. Cláudio Pernambucano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor Santana in the 25th minute of the match. A collision led to VILA FLORA FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Lúcio Gonçalves hit a great ball. Oséias Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Cláudio Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Wiliam Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oséias Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Cláudio Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Reynaldo Rosado made the kick off in the second half. If Zé Paulo Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Paulo Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor de Toledo having to interfere. Sílvio Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Wiliam Nascimento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VILA FLORA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ASSOCIAÇAO ATLETICA TIJUK the free kick. In the 65th minute, Wiliam Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giuseppe Leão, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cláudio Pernambucano came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by ASSOCIAÇAO ATLETICA TIJUK's Oséias Valle. But to his dismay, Oséias Valle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vítor Santana in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cláudio Pernambucano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cláudio Pernambucano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Téo Freire in the 78th minute. In the 84th minute, Oséias Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ASSOCIAÇAO ATLETICA TIJUK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. João Vítor de Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Paulo Rosa's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes ASSOCIAÇAO ATLETICA TIJUK got a freekick which was hit by Vitório Salgado. Reynaldo Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor de Toledo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oséias Valle got free with Cláudio Pernambucano in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th match minute, VILA FLORA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Nascimento to maneuver through the defense.
